How It Works
Define the shared goals and underlying metrics at the top leadership team level
Ensure each metric is SMART
Each goal to have >10% weightage to influence behavior on the ground
Primary and secondary owners assigned for each shared goal (
At least 30% of the leader’s Goals to be linked to secondary shared goals
Time & Effort required
Top team goal setting sessions (Two half day sessions to set goals), monthly meetings to follow up
