Leadership team decides "what to achieve" through clear Goals and prioritises at business level, at leadership level, at department level, at team and individual level. The "how to do it in their backyards, not once, but continuously is reviewed
Teams/Individuals adopt up top 3-5 Goals that determine their key priority

X -matrix of Goals and Initiatives of Business/CEO, Leadership Team, aligned for interlinkages to ensure agile achievement of business Goals.
Time Involvement
Preparation of CFT of leadership Team with Business/CEO X- matrix including joint accountability creation
Discussion by Leadership Teams (2 half days, 1 full day of CEO with Leadership Team and next in line to create X-Matrix of Leadership Team members, there after each Leadership team takes it forward in their respective teams
