How It Works
Focused group discussions at 3 levels of the organization (Sr, Mid, Jr) on a stratified random sample basis .
The outcomes at each level is verified to create a set of distinctiveness in value proposition of approximately 10-12, which is then checked for acceptance / implementability of a senior management and a draft value proposition is created
Draft value proposition is then checked across the organization for believability-perceptual maps which is then shared back with senior management for believability, implementability, commitment to execute
The final value propositions are created and shared across the organizations
Time & Effort required
4 half day meeting with senior management, 10 focused group discussions across levels of half a day each, Cross functional team to be formed to internalize the concept at organization level. Cascade communication by CHRO/HR across organization
