Articulate the change, create a language of change, and link it to rituals which can be practiced in the organization, associate it with a powerful symbol and write a story of the change with impact.
Everyone in the organization understands the change story and can personally relate to it
As it cascades down the organization, the story becomes increasingly specific, answering the question 'what does it mean to me,' and is continuously tailored to address the five sources (Society, customers, company, team and individual) of meaning for the level below
How It Works
Starts at the top-CEO to communicate/co-develop with n-1 (Ritual-Language-Symbol-Story)
n-1 share their stories with direct reports; ask them to prepare their own version
Process is repeated until has shared their personal change story

Half day sessions cascaded down in the organization over 2-3 months
