How It Works
The participants are made to internalize the Behaviours that create Habits.
Each habit has a workbook and practice happens in the discussion room through role plays , case discussions and journalizing of learnings
The Habits that build trust and trusting relationships are created in a flow with inside out and outside in approach
Action plan to internalize learnings and apply in day to life and work is detailed.

Pre- Program reflection and 2 days of Experiential learning initiative with ability to apply the skills in day-to-day work
