Our Story

Behavioural insights and Transformation Partners LLP is a boutique Behaviour based Transformation company. It has been founded by Dr Prince Augustin a Behavioural expert with nearly 4 decades of industry experience of which last 2 decades have been in Mahindra Group. He has worked across industries like cement, pharma, chemicals, Retail, Auto, Tractors, Financial services, and Hospitality. Dr Prince uses behaviour-based interventions in developing capability for building appropriate behaviours, habits, and mindsets to successfully navigate the complexity of growth-based transformation.His skills are in Organizational diagnosis, linking purpose of business to behaviour-based people choices, building culture, creating a ‘mindset of execution’ to drive growth, focussed leadership intervention, aligning behaviours to learning so as to create leaders at all levels. He weaves coaching to performance to create growth-based performance mindset. His unique model of performance-based growth helps Organization to transform and grow ‘X ….10 X’ The years of experience has given Dr. Prince an Insight that Behaviour is the function of a narrative we have in our mind . Change the narrative and Lo we change our thoughts which will influence our actions and if the action are sustained we have a change of Behaviour which leads to appropriate mindsets.The Performance Growth model shared below is our unique masterpiece and helps Organizations unravel the narratives and reflect on changes required to propel Behavioural shifts . The shifts happen across 7 Buckets which along with Strategy of Business is the Sutradhar of Organizational Transformation.
